Creating an Account

• Download the application of Gaintz Ads. from Play store and App store.
• Once the app is installed to tap the app icon to open it
• Tap on Register, then choose the Country code, enter the Phone number(which will require a confirmation code) then enter your E-mail and create a username and check all term and conditions (read all terms and conditions carefully)
• Tab Register and we'll send you Code/OTP to confirm that you own this phone number, enter the 6-digit code/OTP you receive via SMS

If you didn't receive the 6-digit code/OTP by SMS

• Wait for the progress bar to finish and retry. The wait may take up to 10 minutes
• Don't guess the code/OTP, or you will be locked out for a period of time

Restart your phone or check your Internet connection

Please make sure that you enter your phone number correctly and choose the phone number that only you can access. If you log out you'll need to be able to access your Phone number to get back into your Gaintz Ads. account. If you already have an account in Gaintz Ads. Tab on log in.

Login

• Choose your country code from the drop-down list.
• Enter your phone number in the box. Don't put any 0 before your phone number
• Tab Login to request a code/OTP
• Enter the 6-digit code you receive via SMS

• Ads TV screen display the live advertisements
• The user gets the awards in terms of money by seeing the ads
• Ads play automatically after user login /register to Gaintz Ads. application

Earning History

• In Earning History we can see the number of times you send and how much time you spend to watch the ads
• It shows you’re Today, Yesterday, Current month and last month earning

Stats Screen

Graph

• You can see the 2-tabs View Time and Payouts
• Payouts Graph shows you the monthly earning you earn by watching ads
• View Time Graph shows you the monthly time you spend on watching ads
• You can filter the years by click on the calendar icon

Payout History

• You can see you’re earning history and the total number of time you watch the ads in the current month and last month

Gaintz Icon

• Tab the Gaintz icon it will redirect you member Sign In page

What is QR code?

QR code is two-dimensional barcodes. QR stands for Quick Response which refers to the instant information access hidden in the code.

How to scan QR code of other users?

• Tab on the QR code reader icon
• Hold your device steady for 2-3 seconds toward the QR code of other users which you want to scan
• You got the message Friend to add successfully

Where I find my QR code?

• Tab on the profile icon.
• You see a QR code which is the present left side of the profile picture, tab on that QR code
• Now you see your QR code. Share that code so that your friends can scan that code and add you to their friend list

What should I do I can't get a QR code to scan with my QR code reader

• Confirm that you're trying to scan the supported format
• Make sure code is in readable form, without significant shadow cover
• Ensure that your camera flash isn't making the code illegible

Edit Your Profile

Update Profile

To update your profile information, including your username and email address associated with your account:

• Profile
• Tap Edit Profile (in iPhone)
• Type in your username and upload your picture from gallery or click by using the camera
• Your Profile picture and Name is changes

How do I add a profile picture or change my current picture?

• Go to your profile by the tap on Profile icon
• Tap Edit Profile > Change Profile Photo (iOS) / Tab on profile picture (Android)
• Select where you'd like to import your picture from.
• Tap Done

How do I log out of Gaintz Ads?

You can log out of the Gaintz Ads app or Gaintz Ads on the web by going to your profile

• Profile
• Tap or click to the Log Out bottom of page

Language

• You can change the language of your application there are 4 languages are available (Chinese, English, Hindi and Malay) so you can use the application in the local language and easily understand the flow of the application
